The power that drives motovolt is our respectful mentor & founder of the company, Mr. Tushar Choudhary. He is an alumnus of Harvard University and a globally known & reputed entrepreneur. He upholds profound experience in the field of product scalability in varied geographical regions. For him, Motovolt is more than just a E-bike company and he has also declared it as the movement in a world of infinite possibilities. His ultimate goal is to develop economical E-mobility solutions to revolutionize the way people move in our country.

Mission
We are on a mission to design, develop and offer smart E-Mobility products that can positively impact lives of people across the communities and, effectively contribute for a sustainable future.
Motovolt Journey
- 2018 (Jan): On January 12, 2018, a core team was formed and the research & development processes of the company were started.
- 2019 (Nov): On November 15, 2019, pilot done on the first prototype of our bikes.
- 2020 (Dec): On December 11, 2020, Motovolt was launched by Mr. Leander Paes.
- 2021 (Apr): On April 19, 2021, first dealer outlet opened in Chandannagar (West Bengal).
- 2021 (Sep): On September 02, 2021, the first dealer outlet opened in South India.
- 2021 (Oct): On October 13, 2021, received the award for Best in Innovation at the TechIndia Awards 2021.
- 2022 (Jan): On January 19, 2022, 60+ outlets started all over East and South India.
- 2022 (Feb): On February 10, 2022, Motovolt riders covered a distance of 1.2 million kms by traveling. This distance is equal to 3 trips to the moon and, it also means that they have saved 2.4 million rupees and prevented CO2 emissions of 50 tons.
Making A Difference
We are aiming to make a difference by giving back to societies especially in Bengal from where we are working. This is why we have taken up a project in Sundarban in which we are helping to conserve the forest land. We are planting one sapling for every cycle that we sell. To this date, Motovolt has planted 20,000 saplings. This also shows that our Ice Folding Red Cycle, Hum Electric Black Bicycle, Kivo Blue Powerful Electric Bicycle, Ice Folding Black Cycle and other items are making a great difference in the marketplace.
